When the user cannot hear the person they are calling, you may try the following troubleshooting steps.
When you cannot hear a ringing sound on your app, check on 2 things.
- Check that the device is not on Silent or Mute mode and that ring volume is set to an audible level.
- Check that the device is configured for app notifications.
Step 1: Go to settings and search for app notifications.

Step 2: Make sure that Velox app notification is turned on then tap the Velox word.

Step 3: Make sure all is turned on especially allowing playing sound.
