Assume that you are in a call and you want to include other members
1. Press Hold
2. Click the “+” button located in the middle part of the screen.
2.) Dial the extension number of the person you wish to join the conference.
3.) Then Click the green button with a handset icon that you see in the middle.
4.) Click the merge button to merge the call and all parties could hear the call.
